You did not address the lack of an economic environment if the coal fields are taken away. These people are already living in poverty, with an average annual income of $40,000. How can they sustain themselves without meaningful jobs? True, I don't believe coal mining is the answer because it seems the "haves" get all the money. But there has to be an alternative to your lovely idea of real life.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16712756.post-17720076564872424512008-06-11T15:48:00.000-04:002008-06-11T15:48:00.000-04:00I like your vision Sue.I like your vision Sue.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16712756.post-17692821205923987672008-06-05T20:59:00.000-04:002008-06-05T20:59:00.000-04:00Sue, thanks for stopping by La Marguerite. It reminded me of post I wrote a short while ago about http://lamarguerite.wordpress.com/2008/05/14/daring-to-imagine-a-sustainable-world/<BR/>I like the fact that you are getting down to local specifics.Marguerite Manteau-Raohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17956537059369707663noreply@blogger.com
